Maintenance Supervisor

SUMMARY Management Business Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for its client in the Grifton NC area. This individual would be responsible for overseeing daily activities of the team. Relocation assistance is offered. RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with the team to proactively identify safety issues and implement measures to address concerns ensuring a safe work environment. Actively supervise maintenance activities to ensure they are conducted safely efficiently and with high quality standards. Utilize predictive and preventive maintenance systems to minimize unscheduled downtime and maximize equipment reliability. Efficiently troubleshoot issues to meet production volume and quality goals minimizing disruptions to operations. Develop and implement training processes to enhance the technical skills of team members fostering continuous improvement. Utilize computer-based programs for prioritizing maintenance requests managing maintenance inventory and delegating maintenance resources effectively. QUALIFICATIONS 3 years of experience is required in a maintenance supervisory role. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor s degree is preferred. Prior experience in lumber wood industry required. Ability to communicate through interpersonal written and verbal communication. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
