SUMMARY Work as part of a team to receive and input furniture orders. Communicate with customers dealers and outside sales reps regarding a variety of topics such as order status product or standard pricing questions and deposits due. RESPONSIBILITIES Communicate professionally with customers dealers and outside sales reps regarding order status by phone and email. Work as a team with engineering and manufacturing leadership to communicate lead time and order status. Enter orders into the ERP system with timeliness and accuracy. Provide standard product pricing. Other duties as assigned. Reliable Attendance. QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or GED college courses or degree preferred. Minimum of two years similar experience in manufacturing. Proven problem-solving skills. Outlook Excel and Word proficiency. ERP order entry experience and general computer keyboard knowledge. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to read write and speak English effectively. Reliable Attendance. PHYSICAL EFFORT AND WORKING CONDITIONS Primary working location will be in an office environment where low-volume noise is ongoing. Sitting standing at the workstation for up to the entire scheduled workday. Majority of office time spent on a computer system. No special safety equipment is needed. Must work scheduled hours.
