SUMMARY Management Business Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for its client in Cambridge OH. The person will be responsible for conducting repairs on various equipment and collaborating with colleagues to achieve objectives in safety efficiency customer satisfaction quality cost-effectiveness and environmental sustainability. RESPONSIBILITIES Investigate and repair unplanned breakdowns in automated and non-automated making finishing facilities and utility equipment utilizing basic hydraulic pneumatic and electrical troubleshooting skills. Navigate and utilize the storeroom parts storage system ensuring the correct procedure for parts removal. Accurately complete regulatory and compliance-related documentation and procedures highlighting any variances. Identify and report potential maintenance issues actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives. Recognize the needs of both internal and external customers actively contributing to meeting the requirements of Safety Operations Quality Planning Maintenance and Finance. QUALIFICATIONS High School Vocational school or technical institute required. 3 years of manufacturing or similar experience with a focus on mechanics or electronics is preferred. Completion of the SMT assessment for Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance Series is required.. Prior experience in implementing and managing preventive maintenance programs for manufacturing equipment. Proficiency in computer-aided maintenance management systems and other relevant software tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
