Aligned with Cumberland s robust talent strategies we have meticulously structured our processes to adeptly identify screen and recruit qualified candidates for this pivotal opening. SUMMARY Work as part of a team where you ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations in our Cumberland customer service department. This position involves various tasks related to order processing customer communication and administrative support. RESPONSIBILITIES Professionally communicate with customers dealers and outside sales reps primarily via email addressing inquiries related to pricing purchase orders and order status. Enter orders into the ERP system with timeliness and accuracy. Process sales orders create work orders and maintain organized filing systems. Handle outstanding balances coordinate with shipping and notify customers. Monitor Shopify for sample material order process and follow up on purchase orders. Organize and print purchase orders sample requests and approved drawings. Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing leadership for lead time and order status. Review and approve freight invoices process purchase orders and fulfill sample requests. Retrieve completed orders and prepare work orders for the next day. Provide coverage for other customer service departments when needed. QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or GED college courses or degree preferred. Two years similar experience in manufacturing. Outlook Excel and Word proficiency. ERP system experience and general computer keyboard knowledge. Proven problem-solving skills and must read write and speak English effectively. Consistent Punctuality and Attendance. PHYSICAL EFFORT AND WORKING CONDITIONS This role primarily operates in an office environment.. Sitting standing at the workstation for up to the entire scheduled workday. Majority of office time spent on a computer system. No special safety equipment is needed. Must work scheduled hours.
