Perform vendor setups. Maintain suppliers. Work on special projects as needed. Engage frequently with internal and external customers and NCDOT field staff to ensure vendors contracts and invoices are setup and paid out following Internal Revenue Service guidelines. What You BringFlexibility to work multiple job duties. Excellent verbal and written communications skills to work well with internal and external customers. Experience with general accounting principles processes and procedures. Experience reviewing work of others and implementing financial policies and procedures. Computer skills in Microsoft Excel.
