You ll be responsible for meticulously analyzing specification charts samples and drawings to ensure a clear understanding of project requirements. Your previous experience will be pivotal in crafting precise action plans for the manufacturing of parts according to specifications. This involves accurately measuring and marking raw materials and setting up necessary equipment for each manufacturing step. You ll then operate machinery to execute tasks accurately. Throughout the production process you ll maintain a vigilant watch stepping in to resolve any issues that may arise. Once parts are completed you ll conduct thorough inspections to identify any flaws or defects. Additionally you ll play a crucial role in the upkeep of equipment across our machine shop always ensuring smooth operations.Requirements Minimum of 2 years experience in an industrial environment. Knowledge and experience of how to operate grinders lathes and milling machines. Math skills to take precise measurements and make calculations. Capable of working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Must have a valid driver s license. Must be able to pass a 10-panel drug screen. Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds consistently during shift. Must be physically capable of climbing balance bend stoop and kneel continuously.
