My client is a well-established banking situated in Laval Quebec. They are looking for a Bilingual Administrative assistant (w-Banking exp.) This is a 1 month contract assignment that has potential for an extension. Bilingual Administrative assistant Hours Monday to Friday 8 30am - 5 00pm Industry Banking Location LAVAL QC Duration 1 month contract with the high possibility of extension Responsibilities Operating office equipment typing filing photocopying scanning and preparing mailers Responsible for providing high-level administrative support by conducting research handling information requests and performing clerical functions Keep documents organized and confidential. Ability to work under pressure. Handle and direct phone calls Ability to make routine decisions within established policy and procedures. Fulfill duties in both English and French Canadian Education and Skills Minimum High School and 2 years business experience. Preferred Community College in office administrative studies.
