Our client is well established major bank looking Infrastructure Project Manager Upgrades & Banking Location Downtown Toronto Duration 12 months contract with strong possibility of further extension Summary A Senior Level PM is needed to manage the CRDM Golden Source workstream and related initiatives for the RISE Program. RISE Credit Risk is a multi-phase regulatory program focused on risk data quality and data aggregation and risk reporting capabilities to enable to be compliant with the BCBS principles for Risk Data Aggregation and Reporting by the end of 2016. RISE has 3 main technology workstreams forecasting 10.4mm for CSTS work in FY 15. Overall the RISE Program TS spend for FY 15 is forecast at 28mm which includes estimates for CSTS plus work for the four other Golden Data Sources - BLDM RRM Cards. CSTS is the single technology point of contact for the RISE business and technology program management and as such the PM will have interfaces to the other Golden Source delivery teams and will liase with the PMs on those related projects. Must Have - Extensive IT PM experience - SDLC PMLC within financial industry environment along with full life cycle development experience and experience with proven project methodology tools - proven leadership skills and experience managing IT projects. Manage day to day project activities of medium complexity or units phases of a larger complex project Plan execute control and close out project against defined scope and budget. The successful candidate will be responsible for the oversight and execution of several medium to high complexity projects. Key accountabilities are Works autonomously in the management of the unit and collaborates with other business heads to establish and execute on common goals. Manages activities of medium to high complexity projects. Ensures delivery of projects to the business partner meeting the approved scope cost schedule quality for the project. Perform a governing role for ensuring that the proposal execution control deployment training and hand off warranty support and closure to meet schedules. Strong involvement in business IMO. Management of medium to large projects (ranging in size from 400K to 3M) including multiple internal applications and external vendors. Estimation and planning risk assessment contingency planning tracking and management of progress issues budget risk and resources.
