Bookkeeper - 28K- 32K We are currently seeking a Bookkeeper Office Administrator The Bookkeeper will perform a variety of general accounting and administrative transactions. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated detail oriented and will have Quickbooks Enterprise Solutions experience. Must be a team player and able to communicate with non-accounting type people and have an upbeat and flexible personality.Duties and Responsibilities Accounts Payable Accounts Receivables Input and pay invoices Manage daily online banking of Treasury Solutions including Positive Pay Balance bank accounts to Quickbooks daily Prepare weekly and monthly reports Reconcile credit card and general ledger accounts Deposits and wire transfers Work with External CPA Maintain an orderly filing system Provide clerical and administrative support to the CEO and General Manager as needed Assist with special projects as needed Qualifications Knowledge of general accounting with strong analytical and bookkeeping skills Must be proficient with Excel Able to multitask Must be able to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously Must be able to prioritize work and have the ability to adapt to change Excellent verbal written communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team and willing to take on new tasks Collaborative working style and ability to develop sustain productive work relationships with key employees across all areas and levels of the organization as well as external vendors Must be able to keep information confidential For immediate consideration please email your resume with salary requirement in MS Word or PDF format to Tracyatild(at)aol.com
