Purchased about 2 years ago from HOM Furniture for 900. Both in excellent condition - hardly used. Beige microfiber with dark brown leather accents. Sofa measures 84 long and loveseat 64 . Both seats recline on the loveseat and the 2 end seats on sofa recline. Original purchase invoice available.
