This pair of circa 1950 hand painted and carved wooden clogs illustrate the pictures of a Dutch boy and girl. The front back and sides of the clogs are decorated with a contrasting wood and burned fluid scroll design. The clogs measure about 7.5 tall respectively. Hangers for a wall mount are attached to the back of each clog. Aside from a few paint specks the pair is in good shape. The underside of one of the clogs bears then faint marking Made In Holland which seems to have been obliterated somewhat by the wear and tear of the former owner . Along with this the marking RX2 is present on each shoe respectively. Please note that the vintage condition of these clogs is good however they do have some nicks and scratches that indicate their previous history related to age and a pre-loved condition.
