Arts and Sciences Dean The Dean has direct responsibility for the programs of the Arts and Sciences Division. Primary leadership responsibilities include planning developing implementing and evaluating Arts and Sciences programs and collaboratively developing activities that lead to improved student learning. Primary management responsibilities focus on promoting student success through effective and proficient utilization of personnel financial and material resources and the division s programs and activities.
