SUMMARY Management Business Solutions is seeking an Marketing Associate for our client in Belmont MI. The Coordinator will assist with developing and implementing an annual marketing & communications plan designed to attract and inspire existing and their future clients reach a broad base of diverse constituents and maximize the visibility of the client. This position will require 2 days a week on-site. RESPONSIBILITIES Helping to plan analyze & implement the marketing and communications plan including advising & assessment of agency branding. Identifies performance metrics and measures against to initiate changes in strategy. Compiling customized marketing material and digital promotional materials that conveys meaning in a manner appropriate to client needs. Update print marketing materials on a weekly basis due to customized products and send out to clients. Update social media by writing and creating social media content for LinkedIn Facebook and Twitter. Search Engine Optimization perform SEO website audits planning optimization content creation and reporting. Navigate agency website and update on a weekly basis. Work with internal team to communicate latest programs effectively to clients. Understands industry knowledge of trends technologies and up-to-date best practices. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor s degree in communications or a related field preferred. Minimum of 1-2 years of direct experience required. Experience with managing website content SEO and social media platforms required. Documented success in content development and design skills. Excellent writing and editing skills high quality prolific attention to details and meets deadlines.
