We are looking for an enthusiastic reliable and professional person to join our team as Restaurant Operations Assistant at a restaurant located in Miami FL (near Midtown). The ideal individual must work well with others and be able to multi-task. Bilingual (Spanish) and prior experience in the food beverage hospitality field is not required but preferred. Hours Monday 7 00 p.m - 11 00 p.m Tuesday 2 00 p.m - 9 00 p.m Wednesday 5 00 p.m - 11 00 p.m Sunday 3 00 p.m - 12 00 a.m Responsibilities Include Light office work (knowledge of Microsoft Word) Oversee Back-of-House and Front-of-House Staff Inventory Management Staff Scheduling (weekly) Manage Payroll (bi-weekly) Monthly Maintenance Hiring (when needed) Thorough knowledge of POS System & Employee Handbook The schedule can vary and can be tailored to your availability as long as all job duties are fulfilled.
