General Summary Under the supervision of the President of the Congregation the Facilities Coordinator is responsible for the development implementation and overseeing of the preventive maintenance program for all Sisters of Charity owned property. The Facilities Coordinator is also responsible for the preparation of an annual budget and operating within that budget with regard to all operating expenses related to property. Responsibilities Knowledge of the systems of each building verify and diagnose asproblems arise assist in the completion of the day-to-day activities involving the maintenance of buildings equipment and machinery. Develop and effect an ongoing system for maintenance requests oversee Maintenance Request Log and assure timely completion of maintenance requests. Process and verify accuracy of invoices related to property management. Work cooperatively with the College of Mount Saint Vincent staff in effecting maintenance and repairs at Mount Saint Vincent. ...
