Administrative Assistant - Real Estate

We are a Real Estate office located in the Windermere area seeking to add an energetic detail oriented administrative assistant to our team.This opening is for a part-time assistant for the weekends with some additional weekday hours.Apply for this position by sending your cover letter and resume to admin(at)eprealtors.comRequirements Must possess a positive attitude High School Diploma or equivalent Demonstrable ability to support and contribute to the team Demonstrable strong oral and written communication skills Competence in operating a telephone business calculator copy machine facsimile personal computer keyboard Proficient with Microsoft Office suite Ability to work weekends and some additional weekday hours Attendance and timeliness is imperative Bonus if you have some college level education and or real estate experience Duties will include but are not limited to Administrative Tasks Create and manage systems for sellers buyers client database management lead generation tracking lead follow-up Coordinate the purchasing of marketing materials and other business related supplies and materials Maintain and update our business operations manual and all job descriptions employment contracts for any future hires Verify completion of listing agreements (contract disclosures contact info etc) Input all listing information into MLS and marketing websites and update as needed Post on social media Coordinate signage Submit all necessary documentation to office broker for filing compliance Input all necessary information into client database and transaction management systems Transaction Coordination Oversee all aspects of buyer & seller transaction from executed purchase agreement to closing Coordinate title escrow mortgage loan and appraisal processes Coordinate inspections and coordinate completion of repairs Regularly update & maintain communication with clients agents title officer lender etc Submit all necessary documentation to office broker for file compliance Schedule and coordinate closing process Input all client information into client database system Schedule client customer service follow up calls to assist with any home improvement provider recommendations and to ask for referrals Marketing Assistance Manage client database management program and system Coordinate the preparation of all listing open house fliers graphics signage and other marketing materials Manage & update agent website(s) blog(s) and online listings Regularly assist agents to manage and enhance their social media presence Regularly obtain client testimonials for websites social media & other marketing materials Coordinate and implement agent marketing videos property videos and photographs on website(s) blog(s) social media and client database email campaigns
