CEEN Head Start is hiring a Janitor. The position is responsible for ensuring clean facilities by performing daily cleaning for Head Start classrooms outdoor arenas and other spaces used by the program. 20-30 hours week nonexempt 42-44 weeks year 12.30 12.65 hr. depending on position. May be required to lift up to 40 pounds. Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or GED preferred Responsibilities Cleans sanitizes and disinfects facilities on a daily basis and ensures facilities are free of hazards Performs routine maintenance and heavy cleaning of buildings and grounds during program breaks and more often as requested Reports safety sanitation and fire hazards to Site Education Manager immediately Schedule Monday Friday Late afternoons and evenings Applications and Job Descriptions avail. from 8-4 p.m. at CEEN or www.ceen.org.
