SUMMARY Management Business Solutions is seeking a Chief Operating Officer for our client in Grand Rapids MI. This individual will be responsible for providing continuous leadership and management to achieve and surpass current sales profit cash flow and business goals and objectives. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong management experience with a high-level understanding of all business functions such as Finance HR IT Marketing Supply Chain etc. RESPONSIBILITIES Motivate the team to achieve and surpass sales profitability cash flow and business objective. Launch the development and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes to recognize and cultivate rising talent. Assist in developing and implementing plans for the operational infrastructure systems processes and personnel to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of the organization. Attract recruit and retain vacant position of the executive team. Drive and lead high performance amongst the management team. Collaborate with leadership team to develop and implement plans for operational systems policies processes and staffing. Provide mentoring as a foundation for a management development program. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration required or equivalent combination of education and work experience. MBA highly preferred. 10 -15 years of management experience in distribution telecommunications retail services or similar industry required. Experience with managing various levels of employees required. Experience developing organizational structure to support a growing organization required.
