I am looking for individuals who have rental properties (also selling) I would like to assist with cleaning it up before renting it out to another couple family or individual. From my experience I noticed unfortunately not all tenants leave the premises as they should. The things I ve seen is just horrific or it can simply just be messy. I would like to offer my service at an affordable rate to clean the property inside and outside. It will be presentable by the time I am through with it. I worked as a caregiver for 10 years and after that paralegal for 3 which I am still currently doing. When I am not working I volunteer to help clean the community help the Hampton Police Department and help local churches if need be.
