SUMMARY Management Business Solutions is actively seeking a Warehouse Customer Service Representative for a distribution company located in Toledo Ohio. This person will assist customers in a warehouse environment while promoting the brand to potential customers. This position will involve warehouse pulling and loading providing product deliveries and maintaining warehouse inventory. RESPONSIBILITIES Process orders received by fax e-mail or phone. Conduct physical counts and reconciliation of inventory with a data storage system. Make product deliveries. Pull and load customer orders as well as weekly transfers Unload incoming shipments received and reconcile inventory Provide interior stocking and merchandising of shelves with product. Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments and material and equipment needs. Accurately assemble boxes and customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets. Handle inside sales orders and on site customer purchases Assist sales personnel to enhance communication with customer base Meet or exceed sales call activity goals for new sales. Initiate communication with customers to ensure satisfaction. Handle customer inquiries and concerns via phone and email. QUALIFICATIONS At least 1 year of warehousing or material-handling required. Associate s Degree in business administration management supply chain logistics or a related field preferred. Previous experience working with shipping distribution systems and inventory control preferred. Ability to operate forklift and pallet jack Experience or training in a sales environment preferred. Experience in Construction a plus. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Eclipse a plus. Must have excellent communication skills.
