I believe in eating whole healthy foods and exercising to stay healthy so I would make them healthy and great tasting foods. I know how to make many healthy recipes that your kids would enjoy. I can come up with creative ways to help them eat their fruits and vegetables. One of my favorite snacks to make is an apple and carrot oatmeal cookies that I created. I use less than ten ingredients to make this healthy cookie. And with summer coming I know of many fun tasty healthy natural smoothies ice cream and popsicles recipes to make. A little bit about myself my skilled lies in art and crafts (I would be able to create fun art projects with them) I play string instrument so I can teach them to read music and health and fitness. I also love to cook so I would not mind preparing food approved by you for your kids.
