Leading Construction Company is seeking Shop Yard workers to join our Team( Brooklyn)Mental and Physical Requirements Must be able to work outside in different weather environments during a work day.Dependable reliable fulfills responsibilitiesStrong physical and mental health using hands and arms in handling installing positioning and moving materialsPerforming physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body such as climbing lifting balancing walking stooping and handling of materialsAble to wear common protective or safety equipment such as safety shoes glasses gloves hearing protection breathing and hard hats when neededStrong work ethics of integrity and honesty General Information about the job Keep Yard clean and organizedResponsible for cleaning detailing construction equipment and keeping the yard and shop areas clean and organized.Safely moves equipment and products (bricks stones etc.) around the yard as needed.Must have a valid Driver s License and be willing to learn how to operate a forklift.Inspect equipment trucks and assist Drivers with loading and unloading trucks.Performs a combination of tasks to receive store and distribute materials tools equipment and products. Some Construction experience helpful but not required.
