This is a pair of high quality Sofa Loveseat combo purchased from Wilcox Furniture. Their make is from the Rowe Furniture Co. and you can view their products at Rowefurniture.com. Their is slight wear on the back sofa frame where it sat against the wall and we repaired a seam that was starting to come loose on the top cushion. Other wise they are clean sturdy and odor free. Furniture comes from a smoke fireplace house pet free environment. We paid 2100.00 for the pair new and are the original owners. Currently they are being stored in a in closed garage. Newly remodeled house prompted selling to make way for new furniture to go with interior remodel. These couches have a lot of life left in them as they sat in our formal LVR and where used mainly for guest and entertainment ....not our daily family room usage.
