SUMMARY Management Business Solutions is actively seeking a Director of Nursing for a Healthcare service in Wyoming Michigan. The Director of Nursing will be responsible for directing the Nursing Department to maintain the quality standards of care. The ideal candidate will have previous nursing supervisory experience and must be licensed as an RN in Michigan. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the clinical team to assure patients receive the best possible care. Assist and work with the Administrator. Maintain quality standard care in accordance with Federal and State standards. Conducts nursing process including assessment planning and implementation. Supervising and reviewing nursing staff. Manage medical records and patients data. QUALIFICATIONS Associates degree required bachelor s degree preferred. 2 years of nursing supervisory experience required.
