As a Warehouse Manager you will perform logistics management warehouse administration and repair maintenance on a wide variety of equipment. This includes retreading equipment hydraulic jacks etc. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to Logistics and coordinating projects with Equipment Engineer and Plants Managers & Regional production managers. Overseeing all inbound and outbound tire shipments of new and retreaded tires to internal and external customers. Inventory protection warehouse layout and product movement. Assigning projects and tasks to Equipment Engineer after receiving work orders. Providing diagnostics and repair reports to Plant Managers and Regional Production Managers. Delivering or coordinating delivery of work orders and repaired equipment. Performing warehouse administrative duties involving billing ordering parts and inventory. Performing repairs to equipment shipped in from our field locations. Troubleshooting equipment and determine the best and most cost efficient method of repair and then be able to carry that out to implementation.Specifically refurbish and repair retread equipment. Safely operating shop equipment when receiving and delivering equipment parts. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment within the shop. Performing other duties as requested by management. REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma or GED preferred Vocational School Certificates or Degree desired Supervisor or Management experience desired. Machine design and engineering experience. Experience with drafting software program AutoCAD also desired. Must be mechanically inclined with pneumatic hydraulics and electrical systems. Must be able to weld. Ability to problem solve.
