Job SummaryAdvanced Home Care Agency located in the Bronx is currently seeking Home Health Aides that can provide home health supportive services to our clients located in Bronx & Manhattan.Responsibilities and DutiesPerform a variety of duties as requested by client such as obtaining household supplies and running errands. Accompany clients to doctors offices and on other trips outside the home. Provide patients with help moving in and out of beds baths wheelchairs and Change bed linens wash and iron patients laundry and clean patients quarters. Entertain converse with or read aloud to patients to keep them mentally healthy and alert help them with dressing and grooming. Plan prepare and serve meals to patients and other family members according to prescribed diets. Qualifications and SkillsValid NY State HHA or PCA Certificate Physical ( within 6 months ) Drug Screen Lab Report ( within 6 months ) Rubella Lab Report Rubeola Lab Report PPD ( within 1 year ) Chest X-ray ( if PPD is positive ) Two Reference Letters ( Friend or Professional ) Needs to be typed Social Security Card NY State Valid Photo ID Address10 W.
