(previous owners raised 3 children here) 2 bedroom large living room den large dining room large kitchen 1 1 2 bath laundry room with 2 washers 2 dryers on ground floor. 4 rental units on second floor 6 rental units located behind house. My total working hours are 2-4 hours a day. Our schedule is 8AM to 10 PM but you are in charge of what you want your time to be. We do a biweekly shopping trip (usually on Wed.) We Close at Noon on Sunday and take a day trip. Go out to dinner or Family BBQ s. Your the Boss....you pick the schedule. Fishing season is half booked a year in advance. Alumni Weekend is Booked a year in advance. Hunting season Bear is half booked a year in advance.....Deer is booked a year in advance. Customers come for Family Reunions Weddings Showers Work related or just to get away from the noise & hustle & bustle of the big city. We have also been busy with the Marcelus drillers.
