Onsite POS Repair Work - CONTRACTOR

THIS IS NOT A FULL TIME JOB. This is for a contract partner and pays per call. What we are in need of is an individual or company who are base in Vallejo CA to help us service our restaurant retail POS clients in that area as an Independent Contract Partner. This area generates an average of 1 - 2 calls a week and currently we are struggling to make our SLAs with our retail customers. Most service calls are less than an hour on site and within a 50 mile range. We pay a flat base rate based on nature of the service call additional money for each additional call during the same visit. Additional money may be approved on a case by case basis for extra time onsite. We are also looking for assistance on our thermal printer calls for our retail warehouse customers and wireless network installation and service in many environments. We offer phone support to the techs onsite if needed as well as have an online training site and library so techs can familiarize themselves with the hardware and process prior to running calls. We stock our contract partners with some key part inventory usually less than 15 parts so we can increase our first time fix rate. We do require a once a month inventory submission via an online portal just to assure where are parts are and that our contract partners have the parts they need to service our client s needs. We provide return labels to ship the bad equipment back to our repair facility. We cut checks every Thursday for our contact partners that have completed calls as long as we can confirm that the parts are in transit back to our repair facility.
