Digital Video Graphic Designer About the Job The Job The Digital Video Graphics Designer (DVGD) will design and implement graphics to help create high quality engaging video content. This individual will perform high-speed high-volume graphic design on a daily basis for both live and live-to-tape operations. The ideal candidate is an artist with producer qualities. The DVGC will be flexible adaptable and possess the ability to learn quickly in various creative and technical environments while delivering quality design work under tight deadlines. This person will work closely with the creative and production teams to develop high-impact media elements that accomplish a variety of objectives for the following types of communication needs product program launches product promotion customer engagement and employee engagement. Responsibilities for the position include but are not limited to Conceptualize develop and implement original digital graphics and story boards Manage a high-volume of graphic design requests under tight deadlines Creation of 2D and 3D animated motion graphics Graphic preparation color production and layout Commit to design integrity and innovation that aligns to company objectives and brand standards Detail-oriented and ability to work both in team environment and independently to meet project objectives and deadlines Provide proactive and continuing troubleshooting support following up on persistent and serious issues and helping to resolve complex issues as they arise Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts Communication or related field Highly refined design skills with a focus on digital design Strong experience in building designing and implementing graphic works in a fast-paced high-volume production environment Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Final Cut and After Effects Video background solid understanding of digital production Comprehensive understanding of capabilities and limitations of web technologies Ability to troubleshoot and act as a strategic problem-solver Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail Outstanding interpersonal abilities to effectively communicate with all internal and external teams
