Summary Overlake Oil is currently seeking a Jack-of-all-trades who loves hands-on physical work building relationships with customers and is detail oriented. This position will maintain stock and good housekeeping of the warehouse as well as deliver lubricant products and services to customers in the field. The best candidate is a self-starter prioritizing their day yet capable of multitasking or switching gears when priorities change or Will Call customers arrive. Duties and Responsibilities Repackage bulk products and maintain Just In Time stock levels Assist with Inventory Control Mechanical Aptitude is a plus Maintain equipment in good operating condition Assist in deliveries provide on-site oil services and install dispensing systems when needed Outstanding customer service and maintain good attitude General maintenance Troubleshoot equipment issues Pre-load truck for next day s deliveries inspect vehicle for safety and proper operation Route daily invoices by priority for commercial and residential deliveries Ability to operate various power equipment and forklift Prepare UPS and FEDEX shipments Other duties as assigned Qualifications Valid Washington State License 2-3 years commercial delivery experience High School Diploma Basic computer skills Basic use of MS Office utilize UPS FEDEX shipping software utilize barcode label software Forklift Certification (desired) Must be eligible to obtain TWIC Card Physical Requirements Frequent exposure to potentially hazardous conditions that may result in threat to health and safety include extreme noise traffic incidental weather conditions climbing and lifting (30 lbs) maneuvering heavy loads (450-3500 lb drums with man pallet jack) chemicals and other hazardous materials and machinery. This position requires the manual dexterity to operate phones computers and other equipment. Clearly communicate using the English language.
