Required to be a State Tested Nurse Aide in Ohio. Able to follow simple instructions. Willing and eager to learn. Have transportation to and from work. Reliable and able to arrive at work on time every shift scheduled. DUTIES Take and record weights. Bathe residents assist in oral care and any activities of daily living. Change bed linens on the beds. Keep rooms tidy. Maintain and folloe infection control procedures. Report any changes in a residents condition. Help in whatever capacity (in accordance with job description). Follow a daily schedule. Willing to work a rotating schedule if necessary. Look ahead and see jobs that need to be done.
