I m looking for a 3 or 4 bedroom home for my family and I to rent or lease option. I can afford 1300 max and have 3000 to move. I m a painting contractor still recovering from the great year of 2007. I am very skilled in all phases of remodeling and ultimately would love to trade labor towards rent.
