Left a black laptop bag in the backseat of his car the bag contained birth certificate and other important papers also the bag has old cell phones in it. The man said he was living at a half way house in Palm Beach gardens off of military trail. His name could be Chris.If you think you could know this guy call Steven at 561-293-0060. I will give you 50 if the bag is found with all contents. Don t worry about the cell phones I just need the birth certificate and other papers
