Tori Bowers M.A. is a Ph.D. candidate at Saybrook University. Tori is hosting a 6-week spiritual coping course for people who have experienced relational trauma. This is a dissertation research study there is no compensation and participation is voluntary. This course will cover relevant topics for coping well-being spiritual growth and post-traumatic growth.Relational trauma is defined as a trauma from any relationship that causes significant harm or suffering and negatively impacts psychological well-being. Participants need to identify with the relational trauma as occurring 2 years ago or longer.
