We provide opportunities that you and your child can look forward too with a social setting that promotes a positive and creative learning atmosphere with unique hands on activities that are fun and imaginative. The kids in bloom experience helps your child to BLOOM into a bright caring and confident little preschooler. 3- 4 Year Old Program Our 3-year old program focuses on socialization and a healthy introduction to an academic atmosphere with two teachers in the class room. Your child will be given many first time experiences such as learning to listen to directions while in a class room setting and exploring endless new hands on skills. We have three yearly class fieldtrips and two music programs one at Christmas time and one at the end of the school year where your child will graduate from the three-year program to the four-year old program. The two programs are very different. We test your child at the end of the school year and give you a progress report. We have a positive behavior program where your child will be earning a class party at end of each month. Some of our learning goals Reciting the Pledge of Allegian Recognizing the letters of the alphabet C C Reading and writing their own name C C Recognizing color C C Learning numbers 1-20 writing 1-10 4 - 5 Year Old Program Our 4-year old program is designed to achieve kindergarten readiness. Your child will learn to be a class speaker with our Lending a Hand Helper projects that are conducted each week. All classes include songs games and hands-on learning centers that increase each child s attention span and independent thinking skills. Some things we will be working on are Recognizing capital and lower case letters and how they sound Personal information i.e. Name writing Phone number Address Recognizing new and fun colors like fuchsia and periwinkle Recognizing numbers 1 though 20 and counting from 1 to 50 Fun with Science Exploring different kinds of exercise We offer Art Classes from ages 4-12 on Tuesday evening Mosaic watercolor acrylic sculpting 3D Art graph drawing art for the holidays and seasons.
