SUMMARY Management Business Solutions is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for our client located in Grand Rapids MI. This person will be responsible for Web-enabled Software sales and customer service responsibilities and follow-ups. The ideal candidate must be familiar with Android and Apple mobile devices and possess strong interpersonal skills and have an enthusiastic and dynamic personality. After initial on-the-job training in the office this candidate will be expected to work either from their home or the office.RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct phone sales to For Sale By Owner homeowners from the internal database and pitch sales of new video Web-enabled Software. Provide customer service to app clients Assist clients with boosting their video advertisements on social media and real estate websites including Facebook and Craigslist. Post on real estate websites including posting pictures and property data. Manage buyer leads generated by the use of the Web-enabled Software and integrate and manage these within the CRM software. Provide customer feedback to business owners in order to develop necessary Web-enabled Software improvements. When required travel to client properties to shoot videos of rooms exteriors. QUALIFICATIONS Proficiency in Microsoft Software products required. Customer service experience required. Familiar with Android and Apple mobile devices required. Previous sales experience preferred.
