I m currently looking to build four video crew teams to film various events in San Diego. Teams will be headed by a producer that can manage each member of the production crew and maximize their skills to create high quality professional videos. If you are a student in need of work for class credit or you re just trying to build your reel this is a great opportunity.Film Crew Structure Producer -- responsible for segment needs to be on site to direct crew on what shots are needed who to interview and responsible for model release forms. Also responsible for ensuring a back-up video copy for the event.Videographer -- responsible for videotaping the segment with the best lighting and sound. Needs to be able to data dump with the producer at the end of the event so that there is always a back-up copy. Will also be responsible for getting unedited footage to the video editor. Must have own equipment. Sound tech -- responsible for following the direction of the videographer to ensure the best audio is captured. May also be responsible for some crowd control.Hostess -- will provide an intro outro to the event. Also responsible for conducting on the spot interviews planned interviews and at times studio voiceovers.Video-editor -- behind the scenes job. Putting together a completed segment once original footage is received. A teaser needs to be prepared within 24 hours and a final video must be completed within 48-72hrs. Must have own equipment and or software.Intern (Logistical Support Manager) -- behind the scenes job. Checking the event calendar verifying availability for crew members and notifying about upcoming events. Perfect job if you like using the computer and phone. Again this is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience or make connections as it will not be a paid opportunity until spring 2015. For those that are willing to cover 2-3 events each month for us we will show our loyalty by giving choice events and head of the line opportunities for paid events.
