I am a driver and the company I work for is looking for 3 or 4 good company drivers. We have 152 tractors with 3 trucks setting open. Drivers are know by name not a driver code. Starting pay is 40 CPM based on practical miles. Equipment is assigned and your tractor will go home with you on the weekend. We hold many awards from the State of Missouri and insurance companies and are home to multiple Missouri State Driver of the Year drivers so we work at keeping your CSA and PSP scores low and further your driving skills. We have great home time being home every weekend. We run nothing but dry van mostly midwest and mostly shorthaul 95% no touch but do have some longer runs if you want to stay out the weekend. We have paid holidays detention over 3 hours and layover. There is a rider program so family members can go out with you. We offer Blue Cross Blue Shield Anthem Medical along with dental and life insurance. Vacation starts after 1 year. There is a 1000 bonus offered by the company paid over the first 3 weeks.
