Akron Company is seeking an Industrial Electrician. The Industrial Electrician will perform work within the Engineering Maintenance and IT departments. Trouble shoot electrical circuits power distribution and controls hardware. Procure electrical fittings wire hangers and hardware for capital project installations as well as plant maintenance repairs. Document and track changes to electrical drawings.REQUIREMENTSMust have 5 years industrial I& E experience and or be a Journeyman Electrician. Experience knowledge of assisting in the installation of Allen-Bradley PLC s HMI and Control Networks is plus. Able to read schematics blueprints and layout drawings of pneumatics and PLC s. Must have very strong electrical skills and ability to troubleshoot industrial machines.
