Our client is Major Bank in Canada. They are looking for a Branch Support Agent to work in Calgary AB on a long term assignment. Job Responsibilities Assist with investigations tracing of requests and files Banking branch experience will need to understand how to read a bank statement files in order to facilitate the investigation tracing of requests and files Each day they will be assignment file(s) in which they will be responsible for from start to finish Responsible for researching and reaching out to other departments and the customer to verify and trace any errors discrepancies Accurately document client requests using the group s incident management tracking system with all pertinent details Ensure the ticket is resolved and closed per the client s expectations and to their satisfaction Administration of client accounts verification of new Client Account Agreement (CAAs) Responsible for a full range of administrative duties including telephone coverage filing word processing correspondence creation and updating of portfolios photocopying faxing. Other duties as required. Skills Must have great communication skills (verbal and written). Previous data entry experience good typing skills is important to complete job requirements. Must be able to manage one s time and work independently and perform other duties as assigned. This job is very repetitive Manager is willing to review new grads with finance degree diploma or even grads from the local college from their investment management program. A quick learner go-getter who is willing to work hard and take on additional duties as required will stand out as a candidate. Excellent organizational interpersonal written and verbal skills. Strong computer knowledge (Internet Microsoft Office RIS Starquote). Desire to provide high level of service to Branch staff (Sales Assistants and Investment Advisors). Ability to problem solve. Work well under pressure and meet required deadlines. Education Experience University degree or equivalent experience. 0-2 years relevant experience.
