Tax Credit Compliance Manager (Portland) compensation To 42K annually depending on experience. REQUIREMENTS At least 3 years managerial experience within an apartment or related industry. Tax credit compliance experience. General knowledge of residential property management laws and guidelines. A valid driver s license own auto insurance acceptable driving record which meets company s standards and access to a reliable vehicle during work hours. PREFERENCES (not required) Yardi and eSite experience JOB DUTIES Daily tasks consist of rent collection new lease signings and renewals accurate paperwork and showing available apartments. Demonstrate good organizational skills. Handle emergencies and difficult situations with good judgment. Demonstrate enjoyment in working with seniors and cultivating a fun enjoyable sense of community. HOURS Weekend coverage may be required depending on occupancy. EMPLOYER COMMENTS This position is compliance heavy. Track request and process annual recertifications of the property in accordance with Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code. Assists in all operations of the property to ensure the property is operating in an efficient manner under direction of the Property Manager.
