Responsibility is to produce food according to specifications in a timeframe that is commensurate to level of business. Position Responsibilities Perform basic knife skills (i.e. slice dice julienne). Clean and organize walk-in coolers production area. Prepare meals on an individual basis (a la carte.) Read tickets from the printer and produce product as described by manager and as shin information books provided. Will perform tasks on the following cooking procedures Saut Wood Fire Grilling Blanching Flat Bread Oven Poaching and Steaming. Provide leadership to communicate timing with other stations to have all food ready same time for all tables. Perform other duties as assigned. Position Qualifications High School degree preferred Six months previous kitchen experience and one year experience in either hot or cold food preparation. TB Clearance.
