New Season- Dreamality Project for kids (6-12yrs only) Jan 31st Mar 7th ACTION for kids is hosting it s third Movie Making Experience program. This is a unique and excellent program for all inspiring kid actors. This program is designed to give kids a movie making experience. Not only will your child learn to act they will learn what it s like to be on a real movie set with cameras and crew members. The kids will rehearse for 4 weeks and shoot a short film titled The Investigators on the final week. The process would include going through the make-up hair and wardrobe process with call- times and a lunch break (food will be provided). After the movie is completed kids will have a red Carpet Movie Premier and be able to purchase a DVD for their demo reel. Kids will receive a certificate of completion do mock interviews take photos and sign auto-graphs during the premier event. Family and friends are welcome to attend the premier. This is a perfect program to spark that drive in your child. The kids that have just taken this last class we re so excited and had enough fun to last an entire childhood. Some kids may never break into Hollywood but this program gives them that experience of what it feels like and how it works. During the month of December we will host the first annual ACTION awards for kids. Kids will win awards in many categories just like on T.V.. Chance for parents to participate - This is a movie making experience program which means it s more about the kids having the experience than anything else. This particular project will include adults in the film. This means if parents are willing to participate as make-up wardrobe hair extras and small speaking roles you re more than welcome to volunteer. You will receive credit at the end of the movie. This will be fun for you and your child to build memories together. The Investiagators is about a sophisticated group of kids that works for the FBI and task to bust one of the biggest criminal in the city. About the program & instructor- This program is conducted by Hollywood s veteran actor Countrified Wedman. He has appeared in many respectable projects such as The Young & the Restless Jay Leno Parenthood Southland Ugly Betty HEROES My Name is Earl Lie 2 Me America s Most Wanted Date Movie Alpha Dog The American Project to name just a few. He started programs for kids starting in Beverly Hills Ca and has now traveled to the Atlanta area. Countrified knows a lot about the industry and teaches the kids how movie making works. This program last 5 weeks and concludes with filming a movie. Kids will benefit from the training demo reel resume and training credit. The cost of this program is 500.00.
