The goal of the position is to make the public more aware of our products and services and increase revenue. Success in the position will require a strong understanding of our products or services and knowledge of the industry. The client relationship manager must be ready to develop creative solutions for existing clients as well as pursue new clientele opportunities. The successful executive will use active listening skills to identify issues or concerns and resolve them directly. Job Responsibilities Customer retention and acquisition - establish strong customer relations Work to help meet sales and revenue goals Perform research to identify new potential clients Create presentations to inform potential and existing clients about our product and services Face to face customer service and sales meetings with clients Job Requirements Must live in or relocate to Albuquerque New Mexico Horticulture knowledge of shrubs trees bedding plants with preferably a college degree and or job experience in the horticulture field 3 plus years in a successful Outside Commissioned Sales and service position Strong customer service skills. Written and verbal communication marketing and sales customer service problem-solving active listening Strong work ethic and excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to multitask and handle all customer issues in a fast paced environment Must provide evidence of a Clean Driving Record and maintain a clean driving record. Basic computer knowledge Microsoft Windows and Office Benefits Performance-based compensation plan - Base Salary 40 000 plus commission.
