HR Manager

SUMMARY The HR Manager will serve as the primary business partner for the site leadership team and work with internal client groups to develop overall HR plant strategies. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead HR initiatives including employee engagement leadership effectiveness talent development performance management compensation policy compliance and employee relations communications Identify and grow diverse leadership talent and technical capability at the site lead career development performance management succession planning and talent acquisition efforts Provide direction to ensure effectiveness and legal compliance of HR processes within the site provide guidance on best practices processes tools and resources Lead recruitment efforts with a focus on diverse talent and building a talent pipeline Manage key HR processes including annual salary planning compensation bi-annual performance feedback cycle leadership development review employee training and development and employee relations Lead the site HR team to effectively meet and exceed customer expectations and drive continuous improvement Conduct timely investigations prepare documentation and make appropriate recommendations QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor s degree in human resource management business or a related field from an accredited university required graduate degree and PHR certification highly preferred Minimum of 5 years of HR generalist and management experience supporting professional and hourly employees with role progression Ability to work effectively and influence others in a diverse and dynamic work environment Highly organized with strong attention to detail proven project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to understand interpret and easily communicate policies practices and the Code of Ethics Success in driving change initiatives in manufacturing and operations environments Intermediate to Advanced level skills with Microsoft Office (Excel Word & PowerPoint) MANAGEMENT BUSINESS SOLUTIONS IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER
