The works of Italian Ceramicist Marcello Fantoni (1915 - ) are highly collectible and sought after pieces and are in many museum and gallery collections. This Cubist Figure Pottery Dish was created in the 1950 s and appears to represent a Flutist in different shades of blue. Dish has a Poly-chrome Glaze and the background is Dimpled White. The back is signed Fantoni Italy with his Stylized Hallmark. Measures approximately 9 1 2 X 5 and is 1 Tall and is in Excellent Condition with no issues. No chips no cracks no crazing.
