Our client a large manufacturing company located near Dartmouth MA is seeking a Lean Manufacturing Engineer to add to its continuous improvement team. Responsible for improving quality performance eliminating process waste improving processes and overall efficiency as part of the company s continuous improvement plan. Identify and solve problems provide training lead project development implementation and review and lead and standardize process optimizations. Must have experience with Lean Manufacturing Toyota Production System Operational Excellence Continuous Improvement systems. Must have outstanding communication organizational presentation and coaching skills. Must have experience working with lean manufacturing tools. A Bachelor s degree in a technically relevant field is required with a minimum of three years of hands-on work experience preferably in a union environment.
