To sell market and service our insurance products to existing clients and new customers. As a full-time agent you will help individuals families and small businesses secure their investments. Our insurance agency is expanding and a position in sales is now available Base Salary Plus Commissions Insurance sales agents will earn 40 000 if you are average 60 000 if you are good and 85 000 if you are our next superstar. Our office is located at 183 and Oak Knoll half block west of 183. We need someone who can become a real insurance advisor and not just a hard pressed sales tactics expert. Must be ambitious. This is a great time to be an Allstate representative most other companies are struggling (specially true in the Homeowners market) while we are highly competitive offering bundling discounts and highly customizable options not available anywhere else. JOB RESPONSABILITIES -Meet new business production goals and objectives as established. -Solicits for new business via telephone networking and other lead sources. -Develop insurance quotes makes sales presentations and closes sales. -Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents Mortgage Lenders Title Companies Auto Dealers etc. -Be extremely due diligent with follow ups. JOB REQUIREMENTS -BILINGUAL (Spanish English). -Possess a genuine willingness to learn be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. -Possess an upbeat positive and enthusiastic attitude. -Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency. -Create relationships from a cold start. -Be a fantastic presenter. -Excellent Communication interpersonal skills. -Either have a Texas General Lines Property & Casualty Insurance License or the ability to pass the exam prior to securing the job.
