Our team combines skill strategic planning innovation and good old fashion hard work.We are looking for temporary Field Organizers. The campaign is designed to talk face to face and over the phone with all registered voters in the district about the candidate. This is a full time temporary job.Duties Include Phone Calling and or house visits to persuade voters to vote in support of our candidate. Team meetings to set daily goals Ability to work weekends and afternoons Ability to work long hours Skills needed Must be fluent in English. Spanish a plus Must be outgoing and comfortable with talking to voters walking neighborhoods and knocking on doors to talk about the elections. Must be punctual well organized self-motivated energetic responsible and have good verbal and listening skills. Political community or labor experience a plus Polite and courteous. Reliable transportation. If you will be driving your car for work purposes must have car and driver s license with car insurance. People interested in labor political or community organizing are strongly encouraged to apply. Training is provided. This is a temporary position and does not qualify for benefits.
