Catering Manager for high volume upscale catering company. Must be personable client and staff focused detail oriented and be able to multi task. Successful candidate with have experience in Catering Operations Sales Event Management. Responsible for planning directing controlling logistics and executing a wide variety of unique off-premise catering events each of which must be managed to the aesthetic and economic satisfaction of separate and independent corporate and social clients. Experience in preparing quotes proposals working with Chef and staff to create menu s based on clients specifications in MS Word and Excel. Full Time - some nights and weekends required.
